HELP!!!!

please help! I'm looking for a (yaoi) manga. In the manga from what i remember it was about two guys and they're dating (i can't remember whether they're models or not sorry) the seme in the relationship had to look after a kid for someone and they go for a walk (all 3). On the walk near a stream the kid says he'll marry the seme and the uke (he has glasses i believe) gets jealous and gets soaked trying to catch the kid. Coming back the seme slaps the uke and the uke storms to his house. The kid says to the seme it was all his fault.

Later after the uke showers his mum informs him that the seme came looking for him. They continue the argument before the uke threatens to leave but the seme pulls him back.
