frustrating but here for drama

I know the mc mean well to snitch but literally all the men here is having an infidelity galore behind their supposedly business marriage partner, and he's also the third "women" to all the men involved, whether in contract (with dad) or affection (the son) so why cant another women (the new daughter in law) in this household do the same ??? it's not right when women do it but men can?? (no I'm not seeking answers just frustrated)
