I think it's the yandere top's father, as in the story of the father of the yandere top of the original story
I forgot about the other option, they were swapped at birth (like everyone else is saying) that’s a better theory than my shitty one
but are they Fr not related??? They look so much like the opposite parent. I really can’t think of a reason for this artistic choice. Maybe the novel was secret incest for the drama and his sister was just writing weird shit. Idk. Theories.
