It's a bl where I think one dude is the prince of korea(?) and is an alpha and he has to get married to the heir of a big pharmaceutical company.
The other lead is an omega was abused by the company and had a whole lot of drugs injected into him and I think he was forcibly turned into an omega and he was the adopted son of the pharma company's head.
So the story goes like another guy pretends to be the heir and the lead omega enters with him as his attendant, the prince falls in love with the omega who didn't know a lot about the world coz he was always kept in a research hospital (?) . And the prince figures out that the attendant is the actual heir to the company and was abused and all that.. I don't remember a lot after that (T◇T)
Also I remember that there was this one scene where the omega and the prince was going on a drive and he prince's playlist was mainly traditional korean music-
