What I tend to do as a person with adhd is this:
- Read fluffy yaoi
- Take regular breaks (in my system there are no punishments for not doing tasks, only rewards for finishing them)
- Have an app that breaks down activities into smaller more manageable tasks
- Treat episodes as rewards for finishing tasks, you can do the same with snacks
