Your not the only one confused about this. I thought that Lispen was disgusted with Humans and Rubymonter wanted nothing to do with them. But the new chapter said otherwise ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Both are bad in a sense because they both want the King's 'Power' even if it means killing a whole slew of people. The only difference is Lispen is down right dark with how he'd been trying to get the Power to awaken.
Rubymonter wants the power while wanting a 'dead' king to remain dead so she can become King. Seeing how Rood is not a dead king, but a dead human merged with the King. She detests humans entirely and thinks of them as ants as you've seen.
Again both are evil, but Lispen is the worse of the two evils lol. Rubymonter would back off while Lispen wouldn't seeing how she'll obey the King if he orders her as such. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
