So it happens like this in upcoming chapters Theo undergoes his rut , Seth bit his neck and Knots him . Then tada 2nd kiddo !
Why Theo can still have baby is that Smyrna effects are wearing off slowly , In this stage mostly smyrnas don't get pregnant but Theo got pregnant because dragon blood is highly fertile , their survivability is top notch.
Now Theo is suffering from morning sickness which he never got during his first one, making Seth worried.
Seth got a message from his Langeres people that his nanny or magic teacher is died,now he has to go to pay his last respects . Hence separation.

Worst thing is that Seth being no idea of him becoming father again. Theo decided to not to tell him .
So there is no pheromones stored for 2nd one , only for 1st one . (Pheromones of father)
Also that Villian emperor and his son is plotting something. Their plan kinda coincides with Seth leaving . I think they have some hand in this. It's my hunch but Seth may not be able to return for a long time.

Is there a (miraculous) chance of survival even without father's pheromones?? ( I know, I know.. it said in the earlier chapters it's important that father pheromones are present during development of the egg)

In recent update Theo is going to be asked to return to odea by his mother. Since emperor sent an invite to peserus family asking Theo to show face.

His mother Atali thinks it's alright to call him back since her son already gave birth , but what she's not aware of is that Theo is carrying again.

This is certainly not a good sign. Seth and Theo both are going to be separated for who knows how long , endangering their children.
Evil prince will make sure Theo can't return to Seth. I also doubt whether he'll try to do something to kids , since he wants to be his Capri. Dude is obsessed.

I have a juncture , since Theo is already a parent now he don't need Capri anymore but this floor wipe dude wants to be his Capri. So how can he become? By making sure his kids be not in his way.☹
So that he can get that position.

About 2nd kid , he's in precarious situation. No idea whether he'll make it or not without his dad's pheromones though . His daddy don't even know he's there .
Such a big oopsie from Theo's side. I hope he never get to the situation where he has to feel pangs of conscience .
