I don't recommend Sexapparition for consensual sex. It's heavily implied that the ML is manipulating the situation to get the MC to sleep with him.

"The Pizza Delivery Man and the Gold Palace" is a good one. It's basically two guys overcoming their traumas together. Really cute and all sex is consensual.
