I wonder if that's why he wanted the kid to sleep in a separate room? Maybe that time when MC was drunk he said something or let something slip, and ML is worried MC sleep talks and doesn't want the kid to overhear and find out?

I don’t think so, I think it was the time when he was drunk in the hotel and said something like “this wasn’t on the contact” the ml doesn’t know that MC is “playing” with him as well cuz of the ml’s father.
