There's two. One was in the beginning of the story when Cirrus used Skylar to make his step mom angry and embarrassed. The second one was in like ch 70-80 something idr but basically him and Cirrus both goes back to Skylar's place. Shit gets a bit intense, but anyway Skylar rejects his kiss

Chapter 16 was their first nonconsensual kiss the one Skylar was thinking about while brushing his teeth, I believe Cirrus was referring to continuing what he started in chapter 82 which Skylar rejected his advances.
