When she said she couldn’t get back to her parents since they kicked her out when she was dating Sage, I was like “at this point he was dead, so she could’ve easily gone if she was alone.” But if she was pregnant with the baby of the guy they hated, she had nowhere to go and that’s when Martin asked her to marry him.

I thought about it too but why just not admit at this point. If it was right they would be his real grandparents and I don't think grandparents would let their biological grandson to be that distant. They would give him heritage much before the death. Wish they made the pregnancy much clearer so we would see whether it was before or after the marriage. And who is the father. I guess it is up to us to decide. I will think Martin as the father
Also remember Martin named after his company his son's first steps. I don't think it proves totally but they used to be pretty happy family
Didn't Sage died 30 years ago and I don't think Dustin is 30 years already considering Neil is still an intern. So yeah I think Martin is the bio dad , and if Sage is the father I don't see the point why the author didn't reveal it.
What if Dustin is Sage & Dina's son??? Idk but his hair color resembled Sage's hair color more than his dad, Martin. Also, in that flashback when Dina was crying on Sage's coffin, she's holding her stomach.... Maybe i'm just trippin because Sage & Martin looks like they're brothers ╥﹏╥
