It is I mean theres like aton of dislikes. And comparing it to the rating of other thriving manhwas, it is pretty low. Not too low but low haha(￣∇￣")
You would suprized to see how bad some of the 9+ manga. And generally this kind of manga has 9.0-9.4 rating. If not it usually means there is a problem with the plot
