yes, lucia is pregnant with the prince alfonso's child, they have a daughter named sahlia. lucia requested alexandra to take her in because dahlia is completely innocent of their parents sins. in the og game that the reincarnators know, alfonso and lucia had a son named leon who may become a love interest in the sequel game but since that didn't happen because dahlia is born instead, the canonical leon would be born as alexandra and gerard's child.
also there's 2nd volume of the novel it's about angela's story / sequel to 'doki ede' game 20 years later, but there's still no translation to both novel (｡•︿•｡) (also there's a brother of dahlia or second child of lucia and alfonso here in volume 2 omg)
