I thought it was clear that they're alive? Why do people think they aren't?
Would that mean that Dooshik never revealed the location of the twin, never visited his boss in the hospital, never went away with Jooha? Hmm, that seems like a stretch to me
I think it simply because they jumped in the water that people are assuming they died at the end. But that interpretation does not make sense for me.

Yes you either believe they're alive or dead. It's up to you to be honest but I think there's no clear answer but just Dooshik and Jooha at the end.
