What kithiar (kishiar, in novel) meant when he said that he was close with the emperor is because he is actually related to the Emperor, and with the disguise, no it wasn't an imposter, that was kithiar who was in disguise.

but what is the disguise? is the disguise that he takes the role of someone close to the emperor instead of someone related to the emperor? i thought someone was stealing his identity cus in another panel he got stabbed by someone
He is Kishiar ,but he is wearing a magical device so that Unlike the others on the panel of judges, he looked like a "man who wore plain clothes with no discernible features indicating his position(as in royalty), giving off an ordinary impression."
can someone explain what he meant with the emperor and the disguise? Does he mean that that is a imposter?
