I have just finished reading this..... and i really wanna hear about people's thoughts about the latest chapter but it gets covered with the arguments and drama.........

Right! Between the nonsense posts, trollage and arguments..., it's difficult to discuss about the current plot. Too bad, because even if it's not a piece of litterature authors still pour efforts to produce a work. Whatever the like or hate or the 'it's just porn' if it's a bit argumented, but this not even that and some people are just here to seek attention.


Considering the difficult and heavy topic in chapter 34, where Dan was clearly molested and exposed unwittingly to another protagonist, I feel that author sensed it was too burdensome and maybe wanted to derive the attention to other characters (chap 35) and a lighter subject. Maybe drown the fish...?
That's why we have now people who, after all the arguments about rape..., prefer to speak about the new side couple. Though the issue posed by chap 34 and the preview chapters still remain, and Dan blushing after what happens doesn't make sense - aside the "he may cares for me?", which is a total delusion for now.
Of course the guy (JK) is handsome, you have sex with him daily, he paid and still helps you in a way that most people financially wouldn't/couldn't, but he also just uses you for his own profits and treats you less than a human, like a property.
Dan is in a position worse than of a simple escort/prostitute, in the sense that he owes a Money that he will never be able to reimburse, which makes him particularly vulnerable and in no position to refuse the demands of the contractant (JK). Jeakyung gives him everything, a job, a house to live, paid off his impossible debt... The ML sure has a large hand when it comes to money and cares about his living conditions, but he has also become litterally his master, from where he can't escape. This reminds other plots with similar tropes. This makes a toxic situation that can take only 2 routes.
But Jinx is even more difficult in the sense that, contrary to other stories that have pretty much the same pattern where the ML shows a clear interest into MC, JK still is the arrogant Assh*le that he from the beginning and the way he treats the Doc is still as rude.
Will JK treats Dan better? Will he fall in love? Will he remain the same and only use Dan as a sex slave...? HOW and WHY are my questions, and these are important considering the great unbalance of their status and personalities and set up of story.

Totally. That's because some pour water to the nonsenses or arguments. Worst case is that due to all the reports etc manga shut again the comment section.

We have tried but I guess when we where throwing into a situation without knowing they spread misinformation on us at first. We were new to the page. I do feel stupid that I spent weeks trying to get through to the ones trolling me when I thought it was a miscommunication.

They forced us into a pov vs pov. We don’t care about a pov vs pov. And if you read anything from back then I was fight them with forcing a pov on people than a pov vs pov. We stood up because Rose, a rape survivor was attacked. Her message was changed. Our opinions and pov were changed. We have heard the foulest things.

I have been told to go kill my self many times. I stopped talking to many about September 14.I knew I was not going to get real communication on the story because they have silence many of the target audience voices. Many are hesitant to talk and I have been trying to make this is a safe place for all.

Unfortunately, they are spreading misinformation about us. Tora was enjoying this story and one tried to stop him. Tora had to correct the information to the everyone in the thread that was a lie or people will be misinformed. He made a thread to the cyber bully to ask them to stop. The cyber bully has not stop.
We have blocked them. We have mostly stopped engaging with them. We talked to each other not them and leave. I don’t know what you are seeing but we have tried to move on. We have tried to ignore them. We thought this over but it was started again. Don’t blame us. We do have the right to correct misinformation on us because people will get the wrong information. We do have the right to defend people from cyber attacks. However, I think when we know they are trolls or whatever we need to be like Manga Sanctuary and cut it off. We leave communication open and there is the fact somehow they think we are upset with their cowardly words. Some do think the pages and pages on different topics will happen again but we are not confused and we know what is happening on the page. It is easy for you but you are not getting defamatory statements with lies spread around that people are believing or hesitating to talk to us because they get conflicting information. You probably can talk about the story without a bully breathing down your neck with lies about you. I feel you don’t have a good picture of this.

We try a lot. We seek this. We want this. There are too many trolls/haters and hate-readers. I want to talk to the target audience that would engage with the real story. You talk to one of them they will slowly start to attack you and kink-shame you. They are here to attack people. I wished we understood this situation faster than we did.
We never seen such a toxic page on Mangago.
People don’t understand the full picture and are judging us. We never started anything. We have stood against their cyber bullying. We blocked most of them months ago. We have made posts like this and we have been attacked for it. We have been judged by making comments like this. , like “ You guys act like this is your full-time job, you guys are so committed lmao”. This really doesn’t understand the situation. That’s was cold-hearted. We have been called obsessed. No. We are just acting to cyber bullying we just received. They assured we are upset or something but they never effected us by their cowardly words. Long messages don’t mean I am upset. My natural responses are serious to them and they think I am upset. They don’t understand. We have repeatedly told them to leave us alone. A few say they are “uncomfortable” but they still return to cyber bully the next day.
We need two topic sections. One for them and one for us.we want peace and talk about the story. The real story but false details of the story. Thank you for what you did.

Yes, I understand you tried to make this space a place where the target audience could speak more and be less bothered by the "haters". At least, this is what I understood before things get out of hand.
Your mission was honorable, and I see why you feel like you should do this. It's surely because you like this story very much (I may be wrong), and think it deserves more love than hate.
But the matter is that such work, like it was before for POTN, contains controversial and hot topics (gap in status, Rich, Poor and their dynamics, rape, domination, exploitation...), so of course such fights like we can see here were inevitable as long as there will be stories like that.
So, as long as such provocative contents will be shown and people can comment, it will be pretty much impossible to keep the "haters" out; people who dislike these to speak or voice their dislike/disagrement.
The comment section is here for people to share their opinions, like or hate, and I think even bad avis, if they're argumented, can help people to understand better the plot and comprehend certain things they might've missed/neglected. But in the end, it's more likely readers will stick to their original their opinion. We can only understand better their POV on a story, but we're not obligated to agree, and vice-versa.
Things only get bad when people lose their cool and started to attack the other party personally.

I hope things will calm down and people comment again on the story.
And good or bad comments, it's still better for an author to get reviews on their work instead of being plainly ingnored. A story can be very dark, tortuous and the hero suffer alot, however if an author is enough talented, they can make it a master piece and in the end, people will like it even though the journey was painful.

We are confused about many things about still. many people are aware of the situation and some only see our topics and judges us as if we are causing harm when we are trying to defend ourselves. I can’t imagine people are being offended by us defending ourselves and everyone who has been bullied here. I hope people can understand what you understood. It is definitely out of hand.
It is not really about the story. I like it but it is dull compared to many others. I have hid I like it to stay neutral to try to talk to them.
To be honest, It’s could be better and better written. There are things that is needed to know in chapter 1 but not revealed until much later. It is executed poorly and that is causing all these problems. There are ones that are better at picking things up from the details she gives but they others don’t want to listen. They only want to attack and force their pov on others.
I don’t mind the hate-readers. Just let us know. I don’t mind the negative comments. I scroll by most. Some are weird. I will correct story details:
But the hate I am talking about and standing against is people getting bashed for having different opinions or kink shaming. There will be haters on the story. It’s okay.Some I am okay with them hating the story. But when they start attacking people that is wrong. Someone like the BDSM in chapter 34. They were called a disgusting freak.
You can’t like this story, like Jk, or ship Jk or Dan without being attacked for that opinion. Even saying this isn’t rape but SA and abusive gets you attacked like you justify rape and defend JK. I understand that you simply want for the fans of this series to have the freedom to communicate their like for Jinx, even if you find yourself some flaws to that plot.
Like you told, this writing is lacking in some aspects, causing partly this fight between readers. If it had a better treatment of the scenario -more focused on the plot and less on the Smut (?), and less dragged to reach more chapters than necessary, we could have definitely a better understanding of the situation.
It's a good thing that you tolerate the hate-readers or the hating that is unavoidable anyway in this kind of plots. Of course, it's better if the opinion were backed up with arguments and the readers react with less anger and passion, like that we can avoid arguments.
Still, it's unavoidable for readers to not bash others for their tastes when the story contains controversial issues.
Some people just can't sake such sexual violence, furthermore if they feel it's gratuituous and the perpetrator will get away and will likely be end game with the victim/MC. The anger is still fueled, in my opinion, by the poor writing of author, or simply their taste for such ending.
The fact that it's fiction but readers still have their standards, and both arguments are right, can make the communication really difficult like here. And if we speak about BDSM, this is another sensible subject... Here it is important to know if Dan/MC was consenting to do this kind of sex/play (bondage). Was he consenting to be shown like this, unwillingly, to Heesung? For that latter, I very doubt. That's why for many commentators it's not BDSM. BDSM implies that both parties must be willing to play or engage in certain practices.

The talent of author is definitely to exploit this frontier of what's acceptable and what's not, and in Jinx the limits are really blurred.

People are misunderstanding them and they are laughing at them who are getting bullied. Sept 14, There is a person who made a comment to Tm that claimed Tm was obsessed. He is not. Tora explained they were being harassed. October 1, a cyberbully started drama. That person on Oct 2 wrote a topic still kind of blaming them. She deleted that topic but she came back with a topic on the 8th. She blamed them that they "would take over the comment section with this rather than doing the actual purpose for it," They don't take many topics and they explain things relevant to the story. But how do you take over the topic section? She totally dismisses the cyberbullying and their real comments. Many of their comments are related to the story. I don't know what she is on. Many of their comments are on the people who read this story. she excused them of starting drama when they only stood up against it. Back to your comment, With that and with that person being the first time attacking someone (me) on this page. They handled it differently trying to show everyone a different side of them. When they would have responded how they have been. Something like "This is a disgusting comment please don't attack people. Let's have civil conversations about jinx."

I heard a lot about TM over the years. He is kind, helpful, and honest. Tora is a sweetheart and gentle. They both love talking to people. It is sad to see them pull back and close off. I have seen their comments from 3 years ago to now, It is sad to see them gradually change. And the trolls are laughing at them.

Them, blocking, and stopping talking to people harassing them is something neither does. It is something new they started when people started to cyberbully them here. Mi Amore isn't even talking. I was hoping she would come back since I am here now. Rose left and returned to mock the cyber bullies after the continuous treatment and they are being made fun of. She feels to blame since they defended her. This started then and has not stopped. But many are getting the wrong idea. Tora and Tmsm are not to blame. Sure they could have reworded their comments or made their stances better but they did know what was pushed on them until later. It is hard to fight what you don't know. Then it is just a sick fucked up mind game on them. They both stopped playing. They have actively tried to end this when they learned. They don't want people like you getting the wrong ideas because the trolls are salty. Years before I talked to Tmsmyz, yes they're a gentle person. Whatever the problem it's sad they retreat because of what happens in the Jinx comment section. I suspect that after going through all this, they might become a bit neurotic in the sense that they're now extremely defensive and can be agressive, while initially they were not. I'm actually worried about them and hope they're alright.
For me, this story, which is not even a master piece in term of BL, shouldn't've bring people into such fight resulting some readers to shut themselves.
For me the comment section is for everyone to share their view, love, hate... we can't avoid people to comment (especially regarding the nature of content here) and I think it's fine as long as readers explain with arguments.

Having read their exchanges and having talked to them, I think Tmsmyz, Tora and Ina have more in common (than me with any of them, lol) in the sense that they all like this story, while I just find this plot not better than others Rich x Poor, cliché etc. I think that if they take the time to discuss calmly they can get along fine, I mean, with Ina.

About Vidhuu, they're not the only person that you have problem with, I've seen that Jojo too... I think they play a joyful game of ridiculing people, while they clearly don't give a fuck about what one have to say. That Cutekuomi machintruc is also the same. So I think it's better to just ignore these individuals, as they're the most vicious.
I've actually reported their topics. I think their goal is to make you guys spit things, while not caring to reply, so don't feed furthermore these people's topic. Instead, let's report it when it takes a direction that benefits their plan. They're not the most visible, but their actions are the most malicious.

He was going to end his three year long friendship with Tora thinking he could not trust anyone.

I give Cutekuomi and Vidhuu both a chance to fix this mess but they only wanted to be trolls. Rose was instant block too for what she did. That was funny. What most of them are doing is uncool. I think he has been cyberbullied since July I can understand why he defensive and I think he is only agressive towards the vicious ones. Especially the two that backstabbed him that will not leave him alone. He has not been himself since Jojo and fujo did what they did. It is not them. Thanks for enlighting me about Tora and Tmsmyz's opinion on Jinx. About me I always found Jinx to be a cliché plot with overused tropes, btw the treatment of the plot is poorly done. We'll see what Mingwa has in their pocket to solve this problematic plot.

It is in fact very low and ugly of Jojo and Fujo to act like this, it's understandable that Tmsm feels like this. Even if your stance about the story is radically different from someone you follow, is there a need to turn against them? NO. Also, if they followed Tmsm that's because they like what Tmsm's content. Rose is defending me. Rose is the rape survivor that we defended. She left. She felt bad that I was told go KYS a few times and how I was treated. So, she came back to mock cyber bullying to ones cyber bullying us. They don’t like that seeing how they act. She was hoping it would get them to stop. I don’t know if they realize it but they are ganging up on me and I only standing up for myself and others. I also tried to talk to them when I was so confused. When I learned it was them playing with me. I backed off and they started more drama and being more aggressive.
