I did feel like he meant he was caught crushing, and it did start that cruel sex.. oth, that scene where he has a knife to his own throat, I am waiting to see what that is about?

Ok, so I the first couple of chapters, im thinking ch. 2, he says "i should have never gotten caught", is he refering to his feelings for his master, causing a downward spiral of dominated sex.
