Simply because the uke has high pride but also an inferiority complex with the seme, and the seme keep triggering it with his unconscious privileged behaviour and his urge to provide the uke with everything and spoil him while not knowing it's making him more miserable and rise his resentment to him.
Not to mention the uke thinks the seme is responsible for his father's death and he feels hella guilty about it because he thinks none of that would've happened if he didn't associate with the seme, and to make things worse he fell in love with the seme.
So yeah his life is so messed up and his thoughts are all over the place.
Honestly I feel sorry for him.
I agree. I’ve realized a while back that Jiwook is the actual toxic partner in this relationship. Prideful, stubborn, resentful, self-pitying, poor communicator, untrusting, etc. He allegedly loves Seungeon and comes to this realization but yet continues to push him away whenever things aren’t panning out the way he wants. At this point Seungeon needs to just let him go already. Jiwook can go be happy getting slapped around by Hyung Seo and snorting coke off his dick.
Istg people are so mean about things they can't relate to, like they literally have 0 chemistry and their personalities are polar opposite, the uke wants to be independent and doesn't like feeling inferior to others and has inferiority complex because of his social status wich he has no choice in, but the seme wants to be in control and has that natural dominance in him because of his high status and wants the uke to depend on him, and both of them doesn't want to consider the other's feeling and that's why they keep clashing and people always blame the uke, when the seme is the main reason behind it, like both of them are so fucked up and unfit for each other right now, they need therapy first. But why does everyone only blame the uke ?? It's breaking my heart istg....
HE IS STILL A MAN YALL EVEN IF HE BOTTOM WHY DO THEY WANT HIM TO BEHAVE LIKE A GIRL??!!!
you are absolutely right! it takes two to tango. They're both equally responsible and like you said, just unfit for each other. Love is not enough to make a relationship work, when your personalities and the way you operate as a human is so fundamentally different. I personally think they shouldn't even be together... but now with that psycho on the loose, I do think Jiwook needs to be protected
Why do I think that Jiwook would rather accept help from anyone, including Junyoung, who's suspicious asf since the very beginning, but not from Seungeon? It's clear that he loves Seungeon, but also harbors some resentment. I can understand his feelings, as Seungeon isn't entirely trustworthy and raises red flags. However, that doesn't mean Seungeon doesn't genuinely care for Jiwook. There have been multiple instances showing that he only wants what's best for Jiwook and is willing to do anything to keep him safe and provide a comfortable life. Jiwook, on the other hand, makes it quite challenging for both of them. While I understand Jiwook's perspective and traumas, it does seem unfair to Seungeon."
