The blue haired guy was definitely raised in a sheltered house with obsessive mother. My speculation is he must have chosen the path he is in now to run away from her or his family.
Also no wonder why the guy with black sunglasses is so good at house chores and taking care of others. He was raised in a house with one parent being disabled.
And the spikey haired dude shows some low key possessiveness towards his boss, we see it multiple times when the boss is with potato, he panics and wants to take potato away from his boss (though he doesn't do it because he isn't a bad guy and also his boss will kill him). It's maybe because he was abandoned by someone he loved as a child? Because in the picture we can see him carrying a lots of missing posters.
And.... The boss was raised in an orphanage. That's why he carried potato to his home and took care of him, he could relate to potato.
