Honestly doubt Fyodor is dead. I'm personally starting to wonder if maybe his ability has something to do with immortality. . . Sounds far-fetched, but the name "Crime & Punishment" makes you feel like it's got two parts to it, right? So maybe he's like a vampire in a different way kukuku. T'would fit with his desire to have an ability free world.

What if his ability is condition based somewhat like Yosano.. She can heal those who're near death, right? So she first deals damage then heals..
