I'm pretty sure it's that jigu misspoke because the other 2 coworkers were talking to him and he got distracted. So instead of saying "your order is ready" or "your coffee and cake are ready" he said "your receipt is ready," which doesnt make sense. Kinda like when a server brings your food and says "enjoy your meal" and you respond "you too."

I've done it on both sides, to customer service workers AND as a customer service worker can't get any peace
