We haven't really seen how they would be as a couple yet
I honestly just feel like it’s kind of forced in my opinion. Like potato I feel wasn’t really introduced as an important character and I feel like after getting rejected by doc that heesung just moved on n randomly chose him. Idk it just seems really random to me lol
yeah but it’s not like heesung is as important eitherthey’re a side couple for a reason
Well obviously I know that but he’s still like the third most important character in the story☠ potato is just there. Once again, I said it just feels forced

We got to see things from his POV. That hasn't happened with any other side characters.
It's not random though, it's been hinted at in previous chapters, so many people could see that ship from miles away and it's not like Heesung liked the Doc long enough for him to not get over it quickly. I could understand if he moved on immediately after liking Dan long term, but was probably for a few days.
And Heesung was drunk in the last chapter, who knows how the relationship between him and Potato will go once they are sober.
Heesung also said he needs to find his soulmate now.
