i just started this shit and i cant think past that ankle. thats probably a distal tibial fracture complicated with compartment syndrome. were looking at permanent damage here considering that the fracture has not been reduced and the tissue showing signs of ischemia. lets not forget neurological impairments. great news, he might lose that foot.
