That's called art style being changed. They both look like in their early 20s as they should be. If anything Jo Taesung looks a bit older.

am i the only one who's bothered by the fact that his face becomes more "childlike" the longer the series goes? like haebom looks older when he is in high school than when he is in college. also his bodytype changed as well (T^T)
