I'm gonna be honest and say that season 2 or their past life brought me back to this because I was kinda getting frustrated with how much the conflict is being dragged. I mean, sure story telling wise, dumping all the back story ain't that good. In this case, it even have the possibility to surpass the chemistry or whatever the present story have.
I'm sorry that I already forgot what happened in the 1st season and we haven't even gone to the part about the cardinal's role in the past life
