Yess, she is haha! Here, even the mangaka from Full Metal Alchemist and Demon Slayer are women too, as well as Magi and D. GRAY Man, of course the one for Black Butler and the one for Inuyasha, Noragami, Blue exorcist, A silent voice, cells at work, the ancient magus' bride, Vanitas no Carte, Mushishi, Fruits basket, Violet Evergarden, Beastars, Ranma 1/2, Dorohedoro...etc
Of course the game twisted wonderland was made by the author of black butler so ofc a woman, and Pandora Hearts is the mangaka who made Vanitas no Carte so yes, a woman..
