I think it's a time skip where rheina(if I type the names wrong I'm sorry, im stupid) leaves the little girl to her biological father(the ass men who killed the pregnant lady [I think] and got redemption arc). She was the baby of that women who died while in labor I think. Rheina and the girl met the medical android who saved the the girl as an infant from being kidnapped by the crazy woman who had a miscarriage and told the other med coworker to give the baby to the sister of the deceased lady(it's the other crazy women who was rheinas manager) (ugh this is hard to type).
