I read some comments on a blog and it said that they grow old together but Sasha died first naturally and when sasha's funeral is done Karel goes back to their house and he committed a suicide using a pistol cuz he wants to be with Sasha.. "even death can't makes us apart" correct me if I'm wrong:)
oh, feuh, at least they get to grow old and be happy 2gether. I've only read spoilers about what were their misunderstandings about the time they were apart and after Karel came back as Scar.
Um... The novel is just too sad and disappointing because they don't even get to time to live their life happily, when everything gets resolved( it took a REALLY long time)
