I mean honestly, yeah of course he told her bs about wererabbits living with humans for a easy grift.
But the lady also never once thought about the maintained garden or why she's waking up in her bed after the next alcohol poisoning collapse at her own entrance (aka social drinking until your liver sobs)
hah, well, a plot is a plot.
The fact that she never once questioned why neither of them left even if they were wererabbits is reason enough to let this pain marinate for awhile. She's in time out.
