Wait, he's thirteen. So he's technically a teen, but barely, so it still counts. You don't leave a child, especially a sickly one, with another child without a damn adult.

This is why you don't raise two children unless you're emotionally stable enough to give both of them love. Some people really shouldn't be parents. Who in their right minds would leave a child, who's not even a teenager, alone with their sibling without proper guidance then fxcking ATTACK the child for something that should've been the parents' responsibility, which was the other kid's safety?
