And as Momo had been practically glued to Ume since she was young and as they're blood related, of course they would share many traits. Fierce selfless acts of love (for their platonic ones or otherwise), caring, compassion, empathy, etc. especially over the things they've come to care about.
It's thanks to Ume being able to spot the similarities in his little sister that he's able to figure out what Theo's deal is and act with him accordingly. And sometimes he has to act as his own person hehe. If you're one of those caring types or parent figures, you would know.
Why can't little Momo be fierce and protective about her brother? (I recognized the emotion immediately, I feel the same way about my younger sibling.
