It depends,it has a pretty deep plot too,the writer is telling you about it at the end of season 1...
MC becomes a personal guide to 4 people in exchange (coercively) for his brother's treatment. He gets shamed and abused (verbally, sexually, mentally, you name it) as soon as he walks through that door. It looks like it's going to be a story about abusers regretting they weren't kinder to the person they end up developing feelings for, while the person already hates them. Right now some of the 4 look like they are getting a bit softer but they aren't in love with MC yet. It's a bit hard to predict where the story is heading exactly. It's a good read cause ya basically just rooting for the MC all the way. He's a strong likable protagonist. Best ending is the ending where MC is finally happy.
So like, he has sex with them and they give his brother treatment? And what exactly does guide mean, if he's a guide shouldn't he be treated much nicer...
Yeah he is basically their 24/7 sex toy and in exchange the blond seme pays for his brothers expensive hospital bills. Touching him is supposed to heal them and take away the madness they get from using supernatural abilities. But they honestly puts their hands on the MC even when they don't need to and their default is to try to have sex even if a kiss could fix it. He's treated like crap. There is a different guide that works with a woman from a different group that is treated super nicely. That other guide and her partner worry about MC. So I don't think being trash to a guide is normal. I just think the semes are 100% assholes.
