Then draw the story yourself with shadows if it bother you so much

You all people are really aggressive. Missing the shadows doesn't give depth to the draw, the bodies look like floating, you get this uncomfortable feeling something is wrong even though the art lines are good.
If I just want to read a story I would read a book, if I choose a manga or a webtoon I'm looking forward to also good illustrations.
And yes, I also draw, so I know what I'm talking about, and if someone gives me a simple advise that could improve my drawing, I would gladly accept it.

The only reason you notice the lack of shadows is because you draw yourself but anyone who doesn’t draw and just read manga wouldn’t notice that I actually didn’t notice it until you said something so no I’m not being aggressive it’s just that it’s a manga a light hearted one at that and the shadow doesn’t really do much except give ppl like u something to criticize if it makes uncomfortable they don’t have shadows then I advise you just skip this story

Plsss, you say you know the "simple basic drawing rules" but you don't even know the "don't give unsolicited advice about people's art if they are not specifically asking for it" rule(a genuine thing, please be more respectful). It's ok to not like something about the art ofc but what difference does it make to complain about it? Like bruh chill, it's a webtoon on canvas, it's literally meant for people at the beginning of their art journey, ofc the art it's not gonna be perfect. I do art as well. I see what you mean. But if I got so bothered by it, I would just read something else. You can't expect *all* the manga and comics out there to be drawn amazingly. If you want quality art, go pay money for it from proper legal websites or at least read stuff that clearly has good art . People are answering you with negativity because your comments make you seem like a ridiculous demanding ass that demands quality art for free and gets pissy about shadows. Like... open that wallet hun♡

I pointed out an actual fact and everybody is getting angry for no reason.
I haven't criticized the author's artwork or style, just noticed a current mistake in many webtoon, not just this one.
Until now I didn't realize how toxic was the community on mangago, my bad to think people can express freely their opinions without being insulted.
