You know how the vampire clan is a network of one consciousness, and that it has one main brain (noah). So here's my take on the ending, I think noah is experimenting about how his line of vampires work - like, he mirrors the vampire scientist. Something like that. Maybe he wanna see how the hive grows when there's a cat persona as a leader to see how the hive will behave in the absence of the absolute ruler. When everything comes to worst, in that last cruising, plus the fact of Noah being transffered to several consciousness // Eva & Kakeru// or maybe just noah absorbing consciousness and memories of those originally human-turned-vampire - - - noah decided that the CURRENT hive is not a good one and there in, decides to eradicate it. Him taking the siblings at the last chapter might be him planning to start a new hive.. Not sure but based on the last panels, it feels like the lily vampire line is also just another persona of Noah - just more human driven.
