He probably is putting her at number one on his list to get revenge against. Here is why:
Everything up to his death has in some way been engineered by her, particularly through her saint. The saint (and by extension, the goddess) manipulated others into falling to their darker impulses and desires. The princess may have not even done so much had the saint not gotten involved. She might have thrown a tantrum and had him exiled or branded a traitor, but he might not have been executed and his sister r*ped and murdered. The saint twisted so many people that had a direct impact on his life and death.
Honestly, I think the Love Goddess orchestrated everything so she could get the "savior" to herself for all eternity. The other gods were clearly not involved, but she had ulterior motives in being his "guide".
But he wants to kill off the other gods for, I dunno, not helping? It seems like he wants revenge for them not getting involved but somehow I don't think it's that simple.
As much as the Goddess of Love is twisted in the mind, I hope Raoul spares her lol
