The name of the comic is Killing Stalking by Koogi. However, I believe there is only two chapters, where it ends off on the stalker finding out about the how the guy he likes is a killer.

i was reading this comic it was 2 guys one a stalker but the stalker went to his house and was trying the code while the police drove by and questioned him then he got in and the police left but the police saw the guy and told him his "cousin" was there so he went back home
SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT
he was trying to hide and ended up in the basement and it turns out the guy he was a serial killer (?)
