I recommend using MangaUpdates. Its not a reading site but its good for searching.
I want to look for manga with specific tags and stuff, is there a way to search for them using a filter of sorts? Also lists! ┗( T﹏T )┛I don't know if I just can't find them or they just don't exist,,,
