I don't think that woman is his mother because they both look like teens at the moment.. but I'm not really sure
Hopefully just a stepmom or whatever other than bio mother. We can also sw a picture of a woman holding a baby, so maybe his mom dead and he got a stepmom. Even the dad say 'again' when he talks with seme about the incident. So I think just a stepmom .
