I think it was some kinda office romance. Not sure if im mixing it up with another manga but the mc is kinda obsessed with his looks and in the first chapter we see him take a bunch supplement and getting ready and then we’re introduced to the ml and they are like #1 in there department across while mc is #2….. I think they called it department a and department b but that could be wrong
