Do you get angry at the countless horror films containing romanticized scenes of murder I wonder? Because murder is unarguably worse than SA. Point js its fiction and mature people, the people these stories are made for, should be able to tell it apart from reality.
Wow, the op never said they thought this was real. This is a work of art, and in the definition of art it says " producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power."... Artists are trying to evoke an emotional response, that's the goal. If you watch a horror film and don't like seeing people acting out getting sawed up, it doesn't mean you think it's real. That's your emotional response and it's as valid as someone else's response.
