Well, he fucks him while he's semi conscious. In the Korean version, when he asks Garam for one more time he babbles "yeah" but that still not consent, although I would've liked that THAT was the translation because it's just a little bit less gross. Garam then wakes up with his dick still inside and elbows the fuck out of him. Jaehyuk legit gets into the shower with Garam to clean him and when he feels some discomfort back there, he drives him to the hospital for a checkup.
Honestly, I wish the assault didn't happen because the rest of the chapter is not bad. I'm so tired of this trope and of authors ruining their stories with it.

Just so you're prepared for the next chapter: what you think will happen, happens. The rest of the manhwa gets more and more interesting though so I fake ignorance but damn, why do authors have to ruin it with the noncon? Even if Jaehyuk becomes the sweetest, best boyfriend in the world we'll always have that sour taste in our mouths when we remember the next chapter. We know it's not real but it's tiring to see the same tropes over and over.
