that's the point he's so prideful, he can't even admit he thinks of doc dan as even more than a possession which is so fked up...
I doubt the author could even remotely make his "redemption" arc good enough for doc dan since this is such a point of no return.
Like why. Stop being so toxic, just admit you don't want anyone else to touch Dan. That just means you care a lot more than you think, and could possibly mean that you have feelings.... like freaking Jk is so annoying. This is lowkey getting nowhere.
