The Beta just needs a little bit more self awareness but he is getting there ! ( I believe ) _ he just has baggage (Don't we all ?) I identify with that kind of character because in my own life experience it's obvious that what I lived in past relationships make me what I am today and it is hard to '' UNDO '' _ yeah I get your frustration :-) it's always the first step to self awareness to first FEEL and HEAR our contradictions I think !! :-) and meeting with someone is often the start of how the truth will be revealed of what our blocages are . So I wish the Beta will come to a place were he can free himself from his past and be happy as can be :-)
I like that you see that ! :-) what I like about that story is that there is potential for personnal growth. And also probably this entanglement they are in right now can serve as a catalyst !! :-) I feel that !! I hope the author has that kind of inclination because I might be really good to see progress for every character !!! :-) _ they all need change in their way of thinking to be able to move forward :-) AND EVOLVE !!
Sure, I just don't think this particular story writes it well.
I know everyone hates the alpha but to me the MOST annoying one is the beta. "I hate being lonely/left alone so I've made it my whole lifestyle to ALWAYS BE ALONE" ok. And also the part where he can't be happy until his brother is??? And he's so inconsistent so it might as well not be a defining characteristic anyway. I swear the psychological REACH BL makes just to generate drama in a slice of life... it's so contrived. Catch me here still reading this next week though
