No a victim is someone who is hurt by another. The literal definition being "a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action." It doesn't matter if he understands it or not. It doesn't matter if he's blushing or shy about it either bcs it clearly shows haewon doesn't like it, and that he doesn't want it, but he's afraid to speak out bcs he knows the consequences. He knows that even if he protests even a little he'll get beaten by haeyoung until he's barely breathing to the point where he wants it to stop so he'll start apologizing. That's why several times he tried desperately to have haewon and him be back to how they were, bcs he doesn't want the relationship he has now.
