I remember reading a note by the translator but I don't remember seeing anything about if Si Won is okay. :< Or maybe that is a spoiler but it's what I want to know so bad sob.... I don't want him to have suffered and died alone.

Precisely. I want Si Won to have a happier ending, at least. He deserves it. And, if what I'm guessing from what I read in the 16th chapter is true, his brother NEEDS TO DIE... SLOWLY. If I'm not right and it's his so-called 'friend', Woo Jin, he needs to die, slowly. Sorry folks. If that second part is right, he just does.
