I need help....i'm looking for a yaoi/shounen ai that i can't find anymore..

The story is about a man that found a drunk high school boy..the boy was drunk because gay in love with a friend that got a girlfriend. So finally the boy hang in and out the house of the Man and make some biscuits for him for Christmas writing "for my Santa" and the Man that was straight... finally accept the boy for lover...the boy had 2 brother/sister little. I remember they're together talking about horoscope and the little sis ask to Man why he ask her brother for his sign...

It'a little confused but if you remmber a manga like this..it Will be great...i'm going crazy trying to found it!
