from what I remember from the novel the psycho bish brother will beat her again after this, it was the time iz participated in the competition(?) and it will be much more intense than this one and then iz will burst in and find out and see red then beat the fuck out of ceasar. I dont remember if anything improves the next chapter but this will happen afterwards so you know
