He knows somethings wrong, but due to his decision to distance himself from yeonwoo he's trying his best to convince himself that he's okay and has a good friend despite all the warning signs. He hasn't seen anything directly harmful to yeonwoo, nor has yeonwoo himself said 'I'm not okay' so Junhyuk thinks it's fine while probably knowing deep down its now. Just my guess though
