Sorry I can't be of too much help in this thread because I always steer clear of bad endings (BE) stories no matter if it's BG or BL.
Oh wait, one I can totally recommend to read is Hate Mate. [Contains spoiler, but you can figure out the general plot by reading the reviews or tags.] The original ML hurts the MC/uke and the MC moves on to the second ML. The first ML is so brokenhearted that he can't fall in love ever again. It's too touching, it traumatized me... because my parents forced me to break up with the person I loved, I never married and just raised a dog instead of a child (but my dog was run over...my brother-in-law left my yard gate open, why is he such a dick). I always empathized with the first ML because if someone had talked to him about his sexual orientation in a kind way or he had been sexually enlightened at a younger age, he could have been together with the love of his life. But now he can only regret for the rest of his fucking life, like me... Okay I'm crying now. Shit, sometimes mangas or webtoons are too moving that they make you realize your past mistakes. And then you go listen to something like Monsta X's One Day and it hits you all over again lmao, crying through the tears is all I can do sometimes.

Same, and I'm very picky in general. I know the plot of 10 years I loved you the most but I have no desire to read it, my friends suffered in my stead. My childhood friend is a god is bittersweet and it's a one shot so it was okay. Lonely to organdy I read without reading the comments first and got big sad.
Actually I have read some BL tragedies (death of major character) or BL romance with bad ending in novels (super excellent writing!), something you might like, but it would be better to ask me about it in a private message if you're interested since this is a manga website.
I don't remember the title of this manga at all, but it was both sad and hot at the same time. It's about a boy in like high school who is interested with a cute guy (uke) but the cute guy is being bullied (the sexy kind) by this other student (seme). And the whole manga is about how the third wheel guy who is crushing on the uke can only watch them get together... I remember a scene where the seme forced the uke to use a hidden vibrator in --- well you know where --- during class! (which btw is super not okay, consent is key people, and wearing a butt plug/tail or anal vibrator is not recommended beyond like 20 minutes at one time! at least I read that somewhere) And the uke was so ashamed and the main character/third wheel wanted to help him but the uke wanted the bully seme to help him... Ofc. So the 3rd wheel guy ended up sad and alone. What kind of story is this? lmao I felt bad for the main character.
