Yaoi manga - Basically one guy was for some reason forced to join the anime/otaku club at his school which had a nerdy unpopular reputation. He and one of the otakus ended up fucking then he was at the end like "maybe it was good that I joined that club". I think it was a rather short manga or just a side story...
If you can't find it as well, I wouldn't mind recoomendations where it goes in the same direction - basically the one love interest judging the other one at first for their hobbies and then finding it cute later on
